Build in 1937, today’s Landhotel Eisenach was a pilots’ and aviation education-centre. 60 years later, the entire property had a major renovation and transformation into a 66-room 4-star-hotel and became the Landhotel Eisenach. "Bel Air"-Restaurant - (the former pilots’ casino) - our chef Diana Hainze surprises with creative thuringan and international cuisine in the former dining room of the pilot shool wich is based upon eight granite pillars.
