This German/ Canadian operated art nouveau building, offers great views over central Leipzig. The guest house has been totally and lovingly refurbished and renovated.

The apartments' sitting rooms are equipped with satellite TV (-Astra- BBC, CNN, CNBC skynews as well as Italian and Spanish channels) and have a huge couch that may be converted into a very comfortable double bed. A total of four people may be comfortably accommodated in each apartment. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, toaster, cooker and refrigerator as well as all the standard facilities. Coffee and tea are provided for free. Each apartment has a sparkling clean private bathroom with brand new toilets and showers.
